How do I know if my order is confirmed?Our team will review your orders and let you know the final amount payable via the email address you provided us with. Once payment is made afterwards, we will send you a confirmation email.

Do you offer same day delivery?Yes, we do! However, same-day deliveries are still subjected to the flowers available. Please kindly place your orders by 12pm for the team to make the necessary arrangements on our end.

How can I track my order?Unfortunately, we do not have an auto tracking system. However, the team will provide you delivery details through WhatsApp: First update- before the delivery team leaves for your location Second update (if no recipient is present)- once we delivered the item.
