Delivery & Collection
Delivery Policy
Petals Gift Cottage offers island-wide delivery (Singapore) with some exceptions (due to stringent security measures etc). Charges will be dependent on location, day & time of delivery.
Our normal charges range from $5-$15.
An extra charge may apply for delivery to remote locations like Sentosa (delivery totals up to $25).

All delivery charges will be shared during order confirmation via email.

DURING DELIVERY
In the event that there is no recipient present at the delivery address (after we attempt to contact the customer), we will leave the order(s) outside the unit and we will not be liable for any losses or damages.
Self-Collection
Customers can choose to collect their order(s) at any one of the following location, at no extra charge:
- Petals Gift Cottage: NEWest Mall #01-K23 (1 West Coast Drive Singapore 128020)
- Tiong Bahru MRT
- Raffles Place MRT (Mon-Fri, subject to availability)
Please ensure that you collect your order on the selected delivery date and time slot chosen during order submission. If you are unable to meet at the scheduled timeslot, do let us at least an hour prior to the start of your selected time slot. Same-day rescheduling can be arranged but will subject to slot availability and may incur an additional charge.
